In all honestly there's nothing new going on in my life. No new guys. Grades still steady. School year is winding down. Hoping I can stay here for the summer.

I discovered this awesome song this weekend when i visited one of my best friends at University of Chicago. For it to be such a smart school they sure get it crackin. Kinda mad that it was presented to me as such a hard, boring place where "fun goes to die". Its so not true. Yea they work hard but I mean i'm not a stupid person, I could succeed there if I applied myself. Too bad im accustomed to DePaul. The people there are just like me.... sigh.

And going to U of C this weekend I saw how active people are in campus activities and they are boggled down with work and it made me think like ...i don't normally have much to do why can't i be just as involved. So I'm going to apply for S.T.R.O.N.G e-board. And do Women Empowered Cohort application. And P.A.T.H.S.

I gotta start acting like I want to graduate at some point I suppose.

Definitely leaving the boy stuff behind for right now.

Beyonce said a lil sumthin about Me Myself and I. Not sure if i really wanna listen to Beyonce for advice on life though. Questionable.

*Trey wakes up from a nice nap and decides*

*Walks into the club, takes a look around and spots a girl*

*Girl giggles, and says that today is her birthday. Trey proclaims...*

I think that if someone were to decide they wanted a photo of my heart, this is more than likely how it would look. Patched up, note the stitches and pins still sticking out of it.

I've found that if you don't go looking for love you're alot more likely to find it. But I mean i wasn't really looking last time and I thought I had stumbled upon something good. Very Big Misconception.

Since Last time: Saw a screening of Toy Story 3 made me feel like a kid again. It was wonderful. Ate pizza, played spades and Taboo. Both were equally fun. I love game nights. I wanna play Clue. I love that game, and the movie too cuz for some reason I can never remember who the murderer was and I've seen it like 6 times.

Topic of Discussion: Old Flames and Unrequited Love

I just looked up the definition for Unrequited Love: Unrequited love is that is not openly reciprocated or understood as such, even though reciprocation is usually deeply desired. The beloved may or may not be aware of the admirer's deep affections. That's deep. I'm just gonna leave the discussion at the definition.

Old Flames: I keep getting involved with males that are like fresh out of relationships and shyt. I dont know how I'm even attracting these fools. And its not that they're fresh out of their relationships, its that they think theyre over their ex, but in reality they're not. Im gonna need everyone to take a deep look in the nearest mirror and evaluate their lives. I've been there too, thinking im over someone but im not. Let's just all work on being better people okay? I've also dealt with the ex before being mad and talkin big shyt like "he was with me the other night blah blah i had yo man first" girl whatever you dont have him now. YET please be cautious, there is a chance the ex may not be lying especially if as mentioned above, he's not over her yet. Like i dont see a point in spending time with your ex, like NO you can't still be friends ESPECIALLY if theres a new girl in the picture now. BREAK.
